Refund Policy

14 days, no questions asked. If Chat Preserver Pro isn't right for you, email support@chatpreserver.com within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund the full amount. Include the email address you used at checkout or your order number.

Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, through Lemon Squeezy, our reseller. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
When a purchase is refunded, its license key stops working.
After 14 days we may still help. Write to us and we'll look at it fairly.

Before you ask for a refund

Many problems have a quick fix. If a recovery stopped or a file didn't save, write to us with the run's evidence/run_report.json file. It contains the steps and error messages, not your chat text.

Some files can't be recovered by anyone: files ChatGPT has deleted or let expire. Chat Preserver lists them by name, so you know exactly what's missing. That's how ChatGPT works rather than a fault, but if it means Pro isn't useful to you, the 14-day refund still applies.
